Senior Account Director - SaaS
$140,000 - $160,000 per year | New York, New York, United States | Sales
We're seeking a strategic sales leader to drive growth and expand client success across top global creative production teams. The ideal candidate has experience in workflow management or collaboration software sales, full-cycle sales, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of media, production.
In this role, you'll focus on growing existing accounts through use case expansion and new brand/division opportunities, while mentoring a team of Growth Account Managers. You'll also lead relationship development across fashion, retail, media, and lifestyle clients, aligning closely with product and engineering teams to meet technical needs.
Job requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in workflow management, DAM
- Technically adept, organized, and results-driven
- Experience with Adobe tools or CaptureOne
Responsibilities
- Expand client relationships and uncover new business opportunities
- Conduct account mapping and strategic planning
- Manage renewals, negotiations, timelines, and quotas
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal technical teams
- Align account strategies with Client Solutions and Sales teams
