Senior Creative Technologist / Creative Technology Director

We are seeking a Senior Creative Technologist to lead innovative projects for a Creative Production client of ours who is at the intersection of art, design, and technology. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and artistic vision, with a strong focus on generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate is highly curious, eager to explore emerging technologies, and passionate about leveraging them to create groundbreaking solutions. They will collaborate closely with art directors and clients to deliver extraordinary creative outputs.

Job requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the bridge between art direction and technology, ensuring creative visions are executed seamlessly.

· Lead R&D efforts to evaluate, customize, and integrate tools like ComfyUI, Blender, and other generative AI platforms into production workflows.

· Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project goals and propose technology-driven solutions.

· Develop scalable pipelines and workflows for creative projects, including CGI and VFX campaigns.

· Stay ahead of industry trends and tools, ensuring the team’s technological capabilities remain cutting-edge.

· Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative, experimental culture within the team.

· Manage the creative technology stack, including evaluating and negotiating enterprise licenses.

Qualifications:

Experience & Background:

· 5+ years in creative technology, VFX, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering innovative projects.

· Background in art/design with technical expertise, or technical background with a strong sense of art/design.

· Experience working with brands, teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative projects.

Technical Skills & Tools: Candidates should demonstrate expertise in several of the following tools and technologies:

· Generative AI Tools: MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, KlingAI

· Workflow Interfaces: ComfyUI, Automatic1111

· Programming: Python (basic to intermediate)

· Design & 3D Tools: Blender, Maya, C4D, Houdini, Photoshop, After Effects

· CGI & VFX Experience: Familiarity with production pipelines for short-form and advertising content.

· Large Language Models (LLMs): ChatGPT, Llama, Gemini

· Other Tools: Adobe Firefly, Krita, ElevenLabs
